with the laws of Pakistan. This includes the setup of a business from very inception like
registration to become a body corporate and thereafter its registration with concerned
Departments of Government to have compliance of regulatory requirements.
We also advise individuals and legal entities both resident and overseas on transactions
related to investment and acquisi tion of business in Pakistan by foreign investors. Our

also include advising clients on matters related to the Securities & Exchange Commission of
Pakistan, Competition Commission, Anti-Dumping and Anti-Trust Laws and generally matters
pertaining to limited liability of Companies, NGOs, Scheduled Banks and Non-Banking Finance

The drafting and interpretation of commercial contracts of all types, together with all aspects of resolution of disputes arising from the making, performance, breach, shareholders agreements and termination of contracts.

Real Estate Development and Construction. Opinion on property documents and acquisition of properties. Property documentation including conveyance, leases, mortgages etc. Property and revenue related litigation; and Legal advices on the real estate development and construction for housing and other schemes including the regulatory matters in regard thereto
Due diligence of revenue records, acquisition, registration of deeds, transfers, construction agreements, arbitration, litigation.
Provide legal services for having registration of NGO’s Trusts, NPO’s and Societies. We feel proud in having registration of various Trusts, Societies, NGOs and Specialized Trusts after promulgation of Punjab Trust Act 2020, which has become extremely difficult and cumbersome matter for having compliance of FATF requirements.
